Reality--- 205awhp stock dynoed by import tuner ,multiple times at multiple temps.
I make 457hp at the flywheel, in reality that is 414 awhp on the DYno at Mastro subaru after the awd sucks up the power..

^ if you make reliable modifications without blowing your car up you are not really wasting money if you plan on keeping the car for a while. If you plan on selling it, leave it stock it just that simple.

I never blew my car up. Just that after the car got stolen, I looked back at how much money I spent on it and it just didnt seem as useful to go fast. So I went to the whole BMW thing and now Infiniti G35 coupe. Fast and classy without having cops follow you everywhere cuz you got a loud exhaust and stuff. IDK. I think i'm just getting old

^yeah you are getting old. Altough infiniti's are nice and all that but you just dont have the same enjoyment driving them. it becomes mundane after a while, i used to have a cadillac and it was nice and luxurious and soft ride , but it got old after a while. I go rallying and auto-x sometimes, now that is fun but expensive cant do that in an infiniti.

although 298hp with a 6 speed is nice , but your car is a boat in terms of weight. Your suspension is mediocre at best, as well as your very restricitve exhaust and intake systems.

G35s/350s weren't made to be serious performers. The Current model Z was just to be made as a sports car for the masses, and it does a phenomenal job at being just that. Responds terribly to mods, but it's best off without them. The G is similar, but meant to be more of a "sporty" luxury car, and does excellent at that.

And I am so happy with that. trust me. Dont get me wrong, I use to love doing the whole car club thing and all the racing and everything. But i just out grew it all. At times it really sucks but thats a part of life. But yeah, I deff still love to go to shows and see all the mods peaople put on cars and going to the tracks is always a plus too!

The speed of a Mustang GT. The back seat room of a Cadillac. The sporty look of your standard American sports car. The trunk space of whatever car is notable for its big trunk space. And all the bells and whistles. My car has it all.
Plus I think I got it at a steal. It had 79K miles and a faulty engine replaced at no charge to me courtesy of CarMax. I had to buy a new transmission but you can just take that away from the savings on the car.

Your car does 0-60 in 7.12 seconds and the 1/4 mile in 15.47. That's barely better than a '91 Mustang GT (7.3, 15.6), is that what you're comparing it to? But IO'm sure your car gets better gas mileage than the 17/24 of the '91 Mustang, right? Unfortunately, your 18/28 is offset by the need to use premium, where the V8 that's 13 years older than yours uses 87, and you're spending about the same amount on gas. Well even though you tried to make that claim, that's not really apples-to-apples, given your car is the greatest SEDAN ever made, even though it's obviously able to outperform any sports car on the road.
Let's compare it to some Jap crap, the 2004 Accord V6 sedan. Let's see, given 20 less, HP, the Accord gets to 60 in 6.84 and does the 1/4 in 15.34. Quicker than the end-all Grand Prix? =O

Don't forget, the SRT-4, which is a rolling abuse of the lemon law, is also better than our inferior Japanese cars. By the way, my '85 Corolla is about to roll over 194K miles, and it still takes me to and from school every day, problem-free.
