FLbeachbum 54 Photos	And on I-4, more often than not, you can dance in traffic and not get hit. Because traffic isn't moving. I was stuck in one spot on I-4 for over three hours once because of an accident which closed all three lanes westbound. People got out of their cars and started playing football in the median.
