I used to live there. Bosox84 and usfshortie were my awesome downstair neighbors.
I definately would have a concealed weapons permit and a gun at all times with you though. When I became of age that is what I did.

Yean I lived in JC for 2 years. The Locksmith stole my dog and my liquor, the front office staff are morons, my boyfriend was robbed twice in 2 months and the people are loud. But the apartments themselves are pretty nice for what you pay. Just watch the roaches and mold.

looks cute... if u start smelling musty shit... open ur air vents i guarentee you will have wild mold going everywhere. i have a lovely case of asthma from jefferson commons. i now live in tampa palms and dont care how much in debt i will be from paying higher in rent... my health is worth it... JC=HELL! but enjoy it lots of parties!!!!
