what makes no sense?
i feel no freedom like i feel when i'm in the gym. it's an absolute refuge for me. and so relaxing and peaceful... outside of the tension of the iron...everything is at ease...hence total freedom.
its supposed to be inspirational as well as thankful...
as for the patriotism and double meaning.... i'm glad to be in this country rather than any other. and we do have the freedom to do a lot of things compared to other places.
hope that clears things up a bit.
Ace, as for the Arnold one you requested...give me some time... we'll see what I can come up with.

should also say there's a deeper double meaning... but whatever.
to shorten it for those who probably don't care... the struggles in the world can be translated to the struggles in the gym.
that being said...for you non gym goers...
the sayings pertaining to freedom... is simply this:
Learn it - learn the value of freedom. see what you have that other's don't have. see what you're able to do that other's aren't.
Lift it - basically elevate it's meaning to you to a higher and more personal level. appreciate what it is to be free.
once you do those 2...
Live it - live things full out, as if tomorrow it can all be taken away.
and
Love it - be appreciative, don't take it for granted, and savior the moment.
MAKE SENSE? to me and a few others....consensus says yes.

yeah whenever people ask me about them, i sell a few. usually its just coming up with ideas for friends or myself. and i'd say a big majority of them are personal and usually "insider" things rather than everybody having a clue as to whats going on. hence the word custom. later peeps.
