Right on Tim. I took it the wrong way I guess. Where's Rankin PA? (sp) and are you strickly Vol or a career FF? How's that work up north?

^Rankin (you got it right) is a close suburb to Pittsburgh (only like 2 miles from the City limits). We are a strictly Volunteer Department, and in fact, most Departments within Allegheny County are; there are around 220? and only 4 paid stations. All I know is that most volunteer departments are hurting for personnel. We are in the process of recieving a brand new 2005 Pierce Saber Engine, and we are selling the other two (the need for the second engine has decreased). IM me if you have any other questions or just wanna bullshit about firefighting lol
