Hate to be Captain Obvious, but the dog isn't gray. The picture (except the guy) is in grayscale...

Yes my friend Brea "photoshopped" the picture and put the dog in gray scale.
Thank you everyone for your comments. The vet just found two new cancerous bumps on his stomach....
