Linus 24 Photos	Yeah Philly is a beautiful city... statues and murals everywhere... the reason why, is because Philly is the only City in the US that I know of that for each building that goes up, they take a portion of the money spent to build it, and put it towards something like this, or statues, or parks, or whatever... personally its a great idea... 8/24/2004 10:00:08 PM
