Yes always too crowded when you wanna go. Unless you like to go like at 8am or 10pm. The Y is better, that is the YMCA, same size facility, less people, more personable staff...

supermario - i go to the YMCA now - but since im moving to Jefferson Commons i'm cancelling my membership there bc i'll have a workout facility on site and at the school - thanks tho

JC facility sucks compared to the Y...I never seen you at the YMCA, but maybe you just go at different times, hit me up on aim if you need a workout partner...

well the Y sucks compared to usf's gym...if you go btwn 10am and 12 its not bad, and 2pm and 4pm isn't too bad either... i hate workin out at the Y, but for summer it will have to do... which Y do you workout at?

8am to 10am, gotta start early. No one is there, and it's best for your body 
with that being said... i need to go to the gym, i haven't since spring
