Why would you spend $600-$700 on a PS3 that has no good games, and the games it does have are full of rendering bugs, low frame-rates, and just part of a an extremely crappy system all together.
You can get a 360+Wii for the same price.

well, its 499 for the 20 gb ps3, and the fact that its got a blu ray player in it is tight,
and for the xbox, the fact that you have to pay to use the online play and to pay to get the WiFi sucks, price wise it comes out to about the same.....

You loose quite a few features getting the 20gb PS3...same with getting the core system Xbox 360. Just get whatever system will have the most games you want/like!
I am partial to the Xbox as it has more games I like on it. Plus, its currently able to be modded to play burnt games. Only the left three of the 360 games are legit. .gif)

Aaron, is it easy to mod a 360? I'm debating getting one, but only if I can utilize the fact that it can be modded and i never have to pay for games.

^^ No, it is not that hard to mod. I don't have a desktop PC anymore, so I couldn't do a firmware flash... so I installed a NME v1.2. http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=577773
If you buy a new 360 today, you MIGHT get a new BenQ brand drive which isnt modded yet. Also, you have to burn on Dual Layer media, which is still semi-pricey.
^. THe side is just fine. Just dont move it while a disc is in it spinnin.
