well to be honest, grammar isn't one of my fortes, but i think the title of this photo is understood to be: "this is my friend and me."
in which case, i believe "my friend and me" is a predicate nominative. in this context, it would be wrong to say "my friend and me."
i could be wrong though. im not being sarcastic either. i could be wrong.
