I like pictures that show the way someone REALLY feels..not some fake forced emotion. You never take pictures of such things?

...no...no I dont. You see I witness enough sickness in my day to day operations so taking a picture of someone who is sick doesnt do it for me. Im not saying you have to force emotions into pictures its just a preference as to what you actually shoot.
